  • Join our Customer Success Team to ensure customer success and engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and project manager throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Proactively monitor customer health and address risks.
  • Manage key deliverables and customer requests with precision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Develop technical competence in the StarTree technology stack.
  • Champion customer needs internally to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of customer-facing experience in Customer Success or related fields.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities.
  • Experience leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills across internal functions.
  • Experience in small to mid-sized companies is a plus.
