Overview

StarTree is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth through integrated marketing programs. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who excels at campaign execution, ABM strategies, and marketing automation using HubSpot.

In Short

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand generation programs across email, paid media, content syndication, webinars, and events.
  • Develop and execute a strategic webinar program that includes planning, production, promotion, and post-webinar engagement to drive pipeline impact.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM workflows (HubSpot) to ensure efficient lead management, scoring, and handoff to sales.
  • Craft highly personalized ABM programs, identifying key accounts and implementing comprehensive lead-nurture programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize for pipeline impact, using data to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Partner with sales to ensure alignment on marketing programs, enabling smooth lead handoff and follow-up.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B demand generation experience, with a strong focus on campaign execution and pipeline impact.
  • Hands-on expertise in HubSpot (or similar MAP/CRM tools).
  • Proven experience with ABM strategies, campaign orchestration, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize performance.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, with experience working closely with sales teams.
