• Design and execute demand generation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on digital marketing.
• Oversee technical operations of digital advertising channels.
• Implement strategies to engage and nurture leads.
• Create and optimize multi-channel marketing programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to understand clients and solutions.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators.
• Manage prospects and leads generated from campaigns.
• Oversee the demand generation budget.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years in a marketing role with proven lead generation success.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
• Experience with Account Based Marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM solutions.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and KPIs.
• Experience in K-12 education/edtech preferred.
