In Short

  • Provide exceptional calendar support to top executives.
  • Own and oversee complex scheduling and calendar management.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for the executive leadership team.
  • Handle external communication on behalf of executives.
  • Prepare and organize essential information ahead of meetings.
  • Leverage business acumen to manage tasks independently.
  • Manage personal and household logistics for executives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Gmail).
  • Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
