• Support global acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and corporate legal matters.

• Hands-on role leading deals end-to-end.
• Draft and negotiate agreements and manage due diligence.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, operations, and tax teams.
• Work with external legal counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Provide legal guidance on software licensing and IP ownership.
• No direct reports; report directly to the General Counsel.

Requirements

• Mid to senior-level experience in M&A.
• Background in reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
• Comfortable leading M&A transactions.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with software or technology-related legal matters.
• Ability to manage closing timelines and post-closing integration.
• Experience with regulatory filings and cross-border structuring.
• Strong communication skills for internal stakeholder guidance.
