M&A Attorney - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an M&A Attorney to join our legal team and support global acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and corporate legal matters.

In Short

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of M&A transaction documents.
• Conduct and supervise legal due diligence for software and technology transactions.
• Coordinate with finance, HR, operations, and tax teams for deal structuring.
• Work with external legal counsel on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Support corporate governance and internal legal processes.
• Draft and review NDAs, LOIs, and corporate approvals.
• Provide legal guidance on software licensing and data protection issues.

Requirements

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) and licensed to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 5 to 8 years of M&A experience at a top law firm or in-house legal team.
• Proven ability to lead M&A transactions independently.
• Experience with technology or software transactions.
• Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
