Overview

The Appcues Customer Success Management (CSM) team focuses on aligning with customers' business outcomes, enabling them on existing use cases, and expanding into additional use cases to ensure ongoing customer return-on-investment.

In Short

  • Support mid-market customers in the Eastern Region, working EST hours.
  • Guide customers through onboarding to quickly realize value.
  • Develop tailored success plans for product adoption.
  • Conduct product training sessions to empower customers.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to improve user experience.
  • Monitor customer goals and success metrics.
  • Identify expansion opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
  • Share best practices and success stories with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a services or selling role.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success within a SaaS organization.
  • Understanding of Appcues and Product-Led growth strategies.
  • General understanding of integrations, APIs, and WebHooks.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Strong team player and self-starter.
  • Project management skills are a plus.
  • Ability to travel if needed.
  • Demonstrated customer advocacy experience required.
