Overview

As our first Customer Success hire, you’ll take full ownership of the customer journey, from onboarding to long-term success. You’ll work hands-on with our customers and help shape the way they interact with our solution — both in the field and at a strategic level. Your work will have direct real-world impact, and you'll play a key role in building the foundation for how we scale Customer Success going forward.

In Short

  • Own all post-sales activities including onboarding, adoption, retention, and account health monitoring.
  • Handle the end-to-end setup for new customers, including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
  • Guide customers through compliance questions and help them navigate complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Communicate with empathy and clarity to create long-term trust with field operators and senior management.
  • You’re a numbers-driven thinker with a human touch.
  • You are a strong communicator, organized, and excel at managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
  • You roll-up your sleeves and are comfortable in high-pace environments with quickly changing tasks and requirements.
  • You are eager to step into a role with significant autonomy and accountability, where you can directly influence company growth.
  • You are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact on the planet.
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; e.g. customer success, account management, or consulting.

Requirements

  • Strong Excel/data handling skills and a sharp analytical mindset.
  • Excellent people skills – able to navigate conversations with field operators and senior managers.
  • Fluent in both English and German.
