Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

You’re not just looking for a new role — you want to build data infrastructure that directly improves customer outcomes. As our first Customer Success hire with a data focus, you'll be the bridge between raw customer data and actionable insights. You'll take ownership of extracting, cleaning, and structuring complex datasets from various sources to support seamless onboarding, usage monitoring, and value delivery. Using Python and analytics tools, you’ll turn messy data into clear signals — enabling smarter customer engagement and scalable success processes. Your work will define how we operationalize Customer Success and set the foundation for long-term customer impact.

In Short

• Own technical onboarding – Own the full data setup for new customers, including extraction, ETL, and integration of formats like CSV, JSON, XML, and geodata (e.g. KML, SHP).
• Build scalable data workflows – Use AI tools & Python to automate key processes.
• Bridge tech and customer needs – Translate operational and IT requirements into smooth integrations, including with systems like SAP or GIS-systems.
• Communicate with clarity – Build trust across all levels by pairing technical expertise with strong, empathetic communication.
