As an Implementation Manager at Drata, you’ll be at the forefront of helping customers build trust at scale. You’ll guide organizations through the critical onboarding and implementation phase—laying the foundation for long-term success with our platform.

• Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned customers.

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation or project management.

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software implementation, consulting, or project management within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience managing multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI, or FedRAMP.
• Strong technical aptitude related to APIs and data flows.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
• A customer-first mindset and passion for compliance goals.
