Overview

Drata is looking for an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to help support the growth and scale of our team. In this role, you will support our employees, managers and leaders with people programs spanning talent development, performance management, employee engagement and more.

In Short

• Provide leadership and management coaching on opportunities and challenges.
• Measure and monitor key HR metrics and translate into targeted solutions.
• Act as an advocate and strategic partner across the organization.
• Provide feedback and recommendations on organizational design changes.
• Partner with organizational leaders for effective communication strategies.
• Implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities.
• Support changes in processes for greater scalability.
• Collaborate with People Team on recruitment and engagement needs.
• Provide employee relations guidance to managers.
• Uphold standards of confidentiality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as a HR Business Partner.
• Experience in a matrix organization environment.
• 3+ years as a strategic business partner in HR management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
