Overview

We're looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support our growing team in the Philippines. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to both local and U.S.-based senior leaders.

• Act as a thought partner to U.S. and Philippine-based senior leaders on organizational health and team performance.
• Be proactive in surfacing issues and trends to leadership.
• Offer candid, informed guidance to leaders on people decisions.
• Advise on performance issues and employee exits.
• Support culture development and employee engagement efforts.
• Lead the annual performance calibration and review process.
• Provide expert guidance on Philippine labor law to U.S. stakeholders.
• Manage sensitive employee relations issues.
• Run and analyze reports in HRIS tools.
• Partner with hiring managers on talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
• Excellent communication and advisory skills.
