Senior HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We're looking for an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support our growing team in the Philippines. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to both local and U.S.-based senior leaders.

In Short

• Act as a thought partner to U.S. and Philippine-based senior leaders.
• Proactively surface issues and trends to leadership.
• Advise on performance issues and employee exits.
• Support culture development and employee engagement.
• Lead the annual performance calibration and review process.
• Provide expert guidance on Philippine labor law.
• Manage sensitive employee relations issues end-to-end.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment needs.
• Co-lead bi-annual leadership on-site planning.
• Organize local events and culture-building activities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a true HRBP capacity.
• Proven experience partnering with U.S.-based leaders.
• Deep understanding of Philippine labor law.
• Strong communicator across time zones and cultures.
• Familiarity with HRIS tools like Sprout, Rippling.
• Calm and approachable demeanor.
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership.
