Overview

As a Senior HR Business Partner at UP Education, you’ll work closely with leadership teams to provide strategic guidance and hands-on HR delivery, shaping people strategy and influencing organisational culture.

In Short

Partner with managers to design and deliver people strategies.
Lead transformation projects including integrations and restructures.
Provide expert advice on employee relations matters.
Analyse workforce data to develop tailored solutions.
Build leadership capability through coaching and training.
Develop workforce plans meeting strategic and operational needs.
Support leaders through change management approaches.

Requirements

Experience in the education sector and knowledge of Education Services Modern Awards.
Proven success as a senior HR generalist or business partner.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR operations.
Experience in leading organisational change and restructures.
Ability to coach and develop people managers.
Adaptability in high-growth environments with a commercial mindset.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights.
