Regional Recruitment Manager – Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar - Remote

Overview

The Regional Recruitment Manager will be responsible for achieving student enrolment and profit goals across Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar by managing relationships with agents and partners.

In Short

• Identify and manage Higher Education & VET agents.
• Design and implement agent management schedules.
• Monitor competitor activity and market awareness.
• Develop and manage Agent Account Plans.
• Identify new recruitment opportunities.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Business and/or Marketing.
• Experience in sales and marketing, especially with VET programs.
• Fluency in English and at least one other relevant language.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Experience in managing sales, budgets, and projects.
• Strong sales planning and strategic implementation skills.
• Knowledge of the international student marketplace.
• Understanding of New Zealand and Australian education systems.
