• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mental health professionals in the Mid-Atlantic and Midwest regions.
• Design and execute a proactive recruiting strategy to meet regional hiring goals.
• Establish sourcing plans using job boards, networking, and social media.
• Build partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs.
• Leverage recruiting technologies like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Track and analyze hiring metrics to optimize recruitment practices.
• Develop engagement initiatives to foster staff connection and morale.
• Monitor attrition trends and conduct stay interviews.
• Collaborate with the People team on performance management initiatives.
• Support various HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or people operations.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies.
• Ability to analyze recruiting data and present insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with both big-picture projects and small details.
• Ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.
