Requirements

• Strong background in recruitment (agency experience required).
• Experience leading a team of recruiters.
• Proven track record of scaling recruitment teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with operations tools (e.g., Asana, CRM/ATS).
• Experience in start-up environments.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
• Ability to manage growth from small to large teams.
• Ownership mentality for scaling business operations.
• Not seeking candidates from large organizations.
