Overview

The Recruitment Manager will support and execute fellowship recruitment and enrollment across the Bay Area, developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleges and community-based organizations.

  • Participate in special projects and campaigns.
  • Work with marketing to produce materials for outreach.
  • Support enrollment compliance for research initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of English language.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Strong relationship management and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
  • Reliable transportation for campus visits.
  • Availability for evening work as needed.
