UP Education is seeking an LMS Operations Specialist to support and manage its Moodle-based Learning Management System, ensuring smooth operations for staff and students while assisting with course builds and troubleshooting.

In Short

• Provide administration and operational support for the LMS.
• Act as the first point of contact for LMS setup/admin issues.
• Assist with course builds and integration setup.
• Support rollout and go-live activities for new brands.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in administration.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desirable: Experience with Moodle and Dynamics 365.
