Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

We are searching for a detail-oriented Operations Specialist (with fluent English skills) to join our Account Management team full-time. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world.

In Short

• Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier.
• Gather and analyze key performance metrics.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards.
• Model and manipulate data in Google Sheets.
• Monitor and optimize existing automations.
• Collaborate with the Account Management Director.
• Support the Account Management team with data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain documentation for all automated processes.
• Conduct the first round of interviews for Account Manager candidates.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, data analysis, or process automation.
• Hands-on experience with the Zapier automation platform.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and process-oriented thinking.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Organized with great time management skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
