Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Operations Specialist is responsible for conducting accurate individual verification of the details provided by the candidate with the respective source in a timely manner within the agreed Service Level Agreement. This role includes updating the system on the status of the verifications conducted and ensuring all necessary documents are uploaded.

In Short

• Initiate checks in the GCM pool within 24-48 hours from check order date.
• Complete verification requirements and update checks in a timely manner.
• Maintain good relationships with Human Resource and Professional Points of Contact.
• Ensure integrity in updating verification checks.
• Handle confidential information with care.
• Diligently chase candidates for required information.
• Complete Candidate Data Entry process for newly ordered cases.
• Update contact cards with gathered information during verification.
