Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Operations Specialist supports Educate 360’s Centralized Operations Department by ensuring the accuracy, organization, and smooth execution of day-to-day operational tasks that support class delivery, vendor coordination, and internal communication.

In Short

• Utilize internal systems to maintain operational data.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on scheduled classes.
• Support contract training vendors with onboarding and inquiries.
• Coordinate instructor travel arrangements and track expenses.
• Compile and maintain operational data and generate reports.
• Facilitate communication across internal teams.
• Maintain digital document organization and filing systems.
• Assist with cross-functional operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education preferred.
• Experience in an administrative or operational support role.
• Familiarity with working alongside a sales team is advantageous.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and able to work independently.
