Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Operations Specialist will execute and deliver on a range of responsibilities to comply with Finance requirements, support Project Managers with their project financial administration to promote a successful client experience.

In Short

• Manage project financials and ensure accuracy based on SOW, LOE, and PO.
• Collaborate with project managers to generate client invoices.
• Perform ongoing revenue recognition as delivery is performed.
• Provide governance and ensure all relevant documentation is represented.
• Analyze project data and provide recommendations to management.
• Perform data clean-up and maintain project data integrity.
• Act as a liaison between Finance and the Client Service Center.
• Support project administrative duties related to booking and billing.
• Complete project closure procedures including financial reconciliation.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, project management, and/or finance.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with PSA tools and Financial Systems like Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
