Overview

The Manager of Staff Augmentation will lead and support our Staff Augmentation services to grow and expand our overall services footprint. The role will have a proven record of success in staff augmentation with a deep understanding of Professional and Managed Services, Statement of Work, Business Development and Sales.

In Short

  • Prospect, identify and secure staffing augmentation business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs and delivering resource solutions.
  • Work closely with senior management to formulate strategies for staff augmentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Support sales teams in defining staff augmentation scope and requirements.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify recruitment channels and manage pipelines.
  • Manage existing and new staff augmentation placements.
  • Facilitate Vendor Management System requirements.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university, strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in staffing recruitment and business development.
  • Proven experience executing full desk staff augmentation recruitment.
  • Excellent client-facing, business development, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep key activities on track.
  • Strong financial and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
