Associate Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Associate Project Manager (APM) is responsible for the management of a variety of specific project types, including hardware installations and engagements. This position emphasizes managing project information with a focus on Time & Expense, project status, invoicing, and reporting.

In Short

• Develop task lists or project schedules based on the Statement of Work.
• Coordinate technical resources for successful solution delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for the project team.
• Address business or technical issues related to the project.
• Track all project-related costs including Time & Expenses.
• Manage project information in ERP, PSA, and CRM systems.
• Generate reports and produce internal project deliverables.
• Provide administrative support to Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification (or in process) is a plus.
• Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in technology initiatives is preferred.
