Overview

The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from inception through design, procurement, and site delivery, ensuring client objectives are met.

In Short

  • Manage the whole project lifecycle from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with the project management team on capital investment projects.
  • Act as the key client interface.
  • Lead project management commissions.
  • Plan and supervise operations in moderately sized projects.
  • Contribute to the operational running of the project management team.
  • Experience in project delivery of RIBA Stages 0 to 7 required.
  • Focus on building projects.

Requirements

  • Post Graduate Qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.
  • In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with relevant institutions.
  • APM affiliation is beneficial.
