Overview

This is a remote role working EST. As an Associate Project Manager at Inizio Evoke, you will support senior Project Managers in a full-service agency focused on optimizing patient outcomes through behavioral science.

In Short

• Support senior Project Managers in project management tasks.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources for projects.
• Work with internal departments throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain electronic job folders and project documentation.
• Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for meetings.
• Pull weekly project financial reports.
• Be trained in multiple submission platforms.
• Collaborate positively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
