Overview

The Associate Project Manager is responsible for assisting the IT Business Applications team in providing all aspects of Financial Applications support, focusing on delivering business applications projects and enhancements.

• Assist the IT Business Applications team in Financial Applications support.
• Support delivery of critical IT projects including system enhancements and new rollouts.
• Document business requirements and functional design for ERP solutions.
• Perform process assessments and implement improvements.
• Define and support User Acceptance Testing and User Training.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in MIS, IT business/computer science, or Accounting.
• Desire to learn IT Business applications support.
• Solid technical background with customer-service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP applications is a plus.
• Experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Knowledge of KPIs analytics and Dashboard Reporting is a bonus.
