Project Manager - Remote

Overview

This role is remote working PST or hybrid out of our San Francisco office. Project managers are the driving force at Inizio Evoke, serving as operational partners with the account team and liaisons for the entire development team. You will manage the end-to-end development of projects, according to established business processes.

In Short

• Play an integral role in all decisions regarding process, project resources, budgets, and schedules
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering marketing programs from brainstorming to execution
• Present agency's capabilities and process internally and externally
• Ensure processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirements
• Identify the need for internal and external resources for existing projects
• Interact with the internal team to determine project feasibility
• Identify and prevent possible risks that may affect projects
• Craft project milestones for agency, clients, and vendor/agency partners
• Build detailed project schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor project scope and provide status updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience in a marketing agency or pharmaceutical marketing setting
• Experience managing budgets and developing timelines
• Ability to motivate teams to meet deadlines
