Project Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads confidently through complexity, and knows how to keep large-scale projects moving from kickoff to completion.

In Short

• Lead and manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar projects from planning through completion.
• Drive day-to-day project execution by managing schedules, priorities, risks, and issue resolution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and verify quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage install plans, project schedules, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate shipping logistics, material planning, and project resources.
• Manage project scope changes and change orders.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation.
• Provide regular communication and reporting to internal leadership and customers.
• Lead collaboration across multiple teams and locations.

Requirements

• Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 80%+).
• Experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across complex organizations.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Experience managing project reporting, documentation, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
