In Short

  • Lead and coordinate projects with internal teams, installers, and customers.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors for timely execution.
  • Proactively manage issues and priorities to keep projects on track.
  • Provide daily status reports and project documentation.
  • Oversee site visits and progress tracking for quality maintenance.
  • Manage timelines, expectations, and changes to project scope.
  • Create install plans and coordinate with sub-labor teams.
  • Track and schedule shipments with vendors.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills required.
  • Budget management experience preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Experience working across complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Budget management experience for significant projects.
  • Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree.
