Overview

We are searching for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing team, building relationships and ensuring the products and services offered by SalesCloser.ai are utilized by clients throughout Canada and the US.

In Short

  • Own end-to-end revenue tooling including CRM, forecasting, enablement, and analytics.
  • Maintain data hygiene and system reliability.
  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts aligned with VP Sales & CS.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting for leadership.
  • Own commission and bonus calculations for Sales and Customer Success.
  • Partner with Finance on revenue modelling and scenario planning.
  • Act as a connector between Sales, CS, Marketing, and Finance.
  • Support leadership with data-backed recommendations.
  • Prepare the organization for future specialization across RevOps functions.
  • Provide insights that drive GTM strategy and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics.
  • Strong experience with CRM ownership and forecasting.
  • Experience with commission and incentive compensation modelling.
  • Highly analytical with strong financial and data literacy.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or recurring revenue models preferred.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
