Overview

We are seeking a driven and disciplined Account Manager Trainer & Enablement Specialist to join our Account Management team. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with clients primarily based in the US and Canada.

In Short

  • Build and maintain training modules covering campaign strategy, client asset creation, and AI-powered workflow tools.
  • Develop playbooks and reference guides for Account Managers.
  • Create assessments to track learning and readiness.
  • Lead onboarding training for new Account Manager hires.
  • Run ongoing skill development sessions for the existing team.
  • Partner with Account Directors to identify skill gaps.
  • Coach AMs on using AI tools for client-ready assets.
  • Develop a repeatable framework for strategy and campaign builds.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer success, digital marketing, or account management.
  • Background in training, coaching, or L&D; curriculum building experience is a strong plus.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and eager to teach others.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex topics.
  • Highly organized and structured.
  • Self-starter who can build structure where little currently exists.
  • Fluent in English; most clients are based in the US and Canada.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Organized with solid writing and communication skills.
