Overview

The Account Management Specialist (AMS) manages and maintains relationships within a specified client segment for LSA, focusing on growing client revenue and knowledge of LSA's products and services.

• Prepare and execute engagements with existing accounts.
• Conduct customer outreach through outbound call campaigns.
• Promote and educate clients on LSA’s service process.
• Maintain account inbox and ensure timely satisfaction of requests.
