The BPO Account Management Specialist will support a major partner in the fintech industry by ensuring exceptional customer service and account management.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position based in the Philippines.
  • Communicate with clients to understand and address their needs.
  • Build strong client relationships to maintain and acquire customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests.
  • Resolve complaints and document client feedback.

  • Negotiate contract renewals and upsell subscriptions.
  • Maintain program knowledge critical for partner and clients.
  • Adhere to schedule compliance and key performance indicators.
  • Participate in additional program-related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Passionate about SaaS product support and customer-centric service.
  • Strong communication skills with contact center experience.
  • Proficient in problem-solving and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
  • Must have a compliant workspace for telecommuting.
  • 2+ years in a contact center environment preferred.
  • Experience in startups or new business ventures is a bonus.
  • Willingness to work additional hours as required.
  • Ability to adapt to changing product and team needs.
