Overview

The Sales and Onboarding Specialist will support one of our largest fintech partners, guiding new customers through their onboarding process while driving revenue growth.

In Short

  • Omnichannel support via email, chat, phone, and social media.
  • Permanent contract with a Monday to Friday schedule.
  • Work from home position.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for fintech solutions.
  • Guide leads through onboarding and feature adoption.
  • Manage sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM.
  • Track sales metrics and provide feedback on customer needs.
  • Execute outbound campaigns and convert inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in a metrics-driven sales environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales onboarding, customer success, or related role.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on customer value.
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to conduct effective training sessions.
  • Experience with integrations like NetSuite or QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
