The AI Support Specialist at Crescendo plays a crucial role in managing customer inquiries and enhancing the functionality of the Augmented AI solution. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure partners receive timely and accurate support.

In Short

  • Manage external and internal customer requests regarding the CX Assistant.
  • Optimize the behavior of the CX Assistant based on customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with QA to enhance the knowledge base.
  • Document and escalate issues to Engineering and Product teams.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders about support cases.
  • Act as a product expert on the AI platform's features.
  • Capture and document feature requests from customers.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like Jira and Zendesk.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Requirements

  • Experience in chatbot management or product specialist role.
  • Knowledge of APIs and JSON.
  • Hands-on experience in chatbot configuration and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
