Overview

As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting customers and professionals throughout the region, handling day-to-day queries related to HR, IT, Finance, and benefits.

In Short

  • Support key employee life cycle processes like data management and time management.
  • Prepare global HR documentation including employment contracts and benefits enrollment.
  • Organize and maintain employee records via a proprietary platform.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR, IT, or Finance inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with professionals and customers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with payroll preparation and audits.
  • Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of Global Shared Services experience.
  • Strong experience in Peoplesoft, Workday, or SAP.
  • Proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Experience with real-time chat support.
  • Customer-oriented with adaptability.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Literacy with MS Office.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation in EMEA/APAC/US.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
