Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer support experience.
  • Experience with technically complex products.
  • Familiarity with support tools and technologies.
  • Able to work EST hours.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Experience in high-growth environments is a plus.
  • Understanding of AI and automation technologies is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is advantageous.
