Overview

As a Support Specialist at User Interviews, you will be the true advocate for our users, managing support tickets and ensuring an excellent user experience.

In Short

  • Fully remote position.
  • Manage all support tickets.
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators on escalated issues.
  • Track insights and identify improvements.
  • Manage user incentive payments.
  • Update support pages as needed.
  • Assist with live chat support.
  • Monday through Friday working schedule.
  • Looking for a self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role preferred.

Requirements

  • Experience providing support in written format.
  • High volume customer support experience.
  • Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
