Overview

As a Support Specialist I, you will advocate for users by answering support questions and managing user experience through effective communication and problem-solving.

In Short

  • Manage all assigned support tickets.
  • Collaborate with Project Coordinators on escalated support issues.
  • Track insights and identify potential improvements.
  • Own and develop processes for customer satisfaction.
  • Manage incentive payments and account reviews.
  • Update support pages with new product updates.
  • Assist with live chat support when necessary.
  • Volunteer for holiday coverage.
  • Work Monday through Friday, 9AM-5PM (ET or CT).
  • Be a self-starter with a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing support role.
  • Experience providing support in a written format.
  • High volume customer support experience.
  • Knowledge of Zendesk is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
  • Must have a US address and work authorization.
