In Short

  • Investigate and resolve issues arising with our software at a second/third level.
  • Use SQL Server and SQL statements to assist with troubleshooting.
  • Read and interpret error logs provided by clients and from the software package.
  • Maintain communication with our clients using our support website, phone, email, and screen sharing.
  • Identify and log software errors for correction by our development team.

Requirements

  • Experience with SQL Server and SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
  • Experience in customer support or a similar role.
