Overview

As the Manager of Implementation at Quandri, you will lead customers through successful onboarding and implementation experiences, refining processes and driving key outcomes across customer experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementation management.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS or AI technology environments.
• Proven track record of building implementation processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work closely with product teams.
• Hands-on experience in leading implementations.
• Data-driven mindset for performance optimization.
• Experience in scaling teams in high-growth settings is a plus.
