Overview

The Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Quandri is a strategic role responsible for owning and advancing our largest, most complex enterprise accounts, especially as we focus on the US market.

In Short

  • Own and advance large enterprise accounts.
  • Engage with C-Suite and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption and lead cross-functional relationships.
  • Accountable for retention, revenue growth, and customer value realization.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams.
  • Lead strategic conversations and business reviews.
  • Manage stakeholder changes and cultivate new contacts.
  • Develop tailored success plans aligned to customer objectives.
  • Lead onsite workshops and strategic meetings.
  • Regular travel to customer sites across Canada and the US.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance brokerage workflows is highly desirable.
  • Strong data-literacy and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-Suite.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Commitment to creating positive customer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel required.

Benefits

  • On target earning range of $120,000 to $150,000 USD.
  • Base salary of $102,000 – $127,500 USD.
  • Variable pay based on retention and commission on expansion ARR.
