Overview

Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team! You will be the owner of ongoing consultative relationships and the face of Greenhouse throughout the post-implementation customer journey.

In Short

  • Manage a book of Enterprise customers in the UK & Ireland.
  • Be a hiring coach and strategic partner to our customers.
  • Establish relationships high and wide throughout our customers' organisations.
  • Communicate critical customer concerns and opportunities internally.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and work with Account Management to renew customer contracts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in an Enterprise customer-facing role across Customer Success and/or Account Management.
  • Experience collaborating with a large cross-functional account team.
  • Background in SaaS, a plus.
