Manager, Product Operations - Remote

Overview

Greenhouse is seeking a Manager of Product Operations to design and run the operating system for our R&D organization. This hands-on role is a strategic partner to the CPO and CTO, modernizing how we build products, driving the R&D operating rhythm, executive communications, and alignment across Engineering, Product, and Design leadership.

In Short

• Design and lead the operating rhythm of the organization.
• Act as a confidential proxy for the CPO/CTO.
• Modernize the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) embedding AI.
• Manage and mentor a Product Operations Specialist.
• Lead strategic planning cycles in partnership with Finance and HR.
• Coordinate cross-functional operating rhythms.
• Support the enforcement of governance checkpoints.
• Develop and deliver internal education materials for product management.

• Drive operational consistency across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operational experience in Program Management or Product Operations.
• Experience as an administrator or power user of Jira.
• Proven experience modernizing workflows with AI.
• Strong familiarity with product analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and process management skills.
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders.
• Track record of collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Passion for driving change and adopting new tools.
