Overview

The Product Operations Manager will orchestrate the tools, processes, and governance to support the Product and Tech organization, focusing on content and research operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in product operations or UX Operations.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience with localization/translation workflows and tools.
• Understanding of UX research methodologies.
• Proven track record in optimizing operational processes.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
