Overview

Greenhouse is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our team! As a People Operations Coordinator on our People Systems and Operations team, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable HR operations across the full employee lifecycle for our global workforce.

In Short

• Own employee lifecycle operations including onboarding and offboarding.
• Act as front-line HR support for employee inquiries.
• Manage external HR requests and ensure data integrity.
• Support cyclical HR programs and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of HR operations experience.
• Multi-state or multi-region HR experience.
• Proficiency with HRIS/HCM platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Passion for inclusive people operations.
• Global HR operations experience is a plus.
