Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax to join our team! This role involves overseeing federal, international, and state income tax returns, while contributing to innovative tax strategies and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA designation strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive tax experience.
• Deep understanding of U.S. corporate income tax laws.
• Knowledge of international tax principles.
• Experience with ASC 740 and financial statement disclosures.
• Proven ability to manage tax compliance and audits.
• Experience with tax technology platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
