Senior Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Tax Manager will be a critical part of the Finance team, responsible for the technical execution and management of the company's global tax compliance, provision, and key tax planning initiatives. This role reports directly to the V.P. of Finance and involves significant cross-functional interaction.

In Short

• Own and manage the global income tax provision process.
• Manage the preparation and filing of all domestic and international tax compliance obligations.
• Oversee the calculation and documentation of R&D Tax Credit claims.
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and service providers.
• Execute global transfer pricing policies.
• Assist in modeling tax implications of new business initiatives.
• Support M&A activity focusing on tax structuring.
• Maintain tax governance policies and procedures.
• Champion the use of technology to enhance tax processes.
• Develop and optimise tax calendars and task management systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in tax.
• Deep technical proficiency in ASC 740/IAS 12 tax accounting.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
